Design Consultation
We aid you in the tile selection process for your project by asking a variety of questions to help establish your needs. From the information we gather, we give you the best design to your personal taste, style, function, and budget.
Tile Selection
We guide you to the tile that fits your budget and we make suggestions that may seem out of reach but we can make the design work so that it is not. We also inform you right away if you are selecting a tile that is expensive so you can make the choice to move forward or not.
Estimates & Orders
We educate our clients, designers, and contractors on the tile, how it is made, where it’s made, and HOW to install it. We are very involved from beginning to end. We provide timely communication on the order so you always know the status of your order.

Can anyone visit the showroom?
Yes! Our tile showroom is open to both retail and trade clients. Come visit the showroom to experience all the variety and selection of tile offered. Take photos, touch and feel the tile. Design consultations are by appointment only.
Can I take tile home to see it in the space?
Yes, you can check out samples to put in the space by leaving a credit card with us.
What do I need to have for the design consultation?
When you are ready for an appointment to do selections and design, bring any other materials chosen, architectural plans and measurements, and photos of the space
Do you install tile?
No, we do not install. However, we will work with your installer/contractor to finalize quantities and ensure knowledgeable insight for the best quality installation. We also have a list of trusted installers to refer.
How does the pickup process work?
We will call you or your installer when the tile has arrived at our warehouse.
